Time and compassion.

Time: A concept having no intrinsic existence; for something that does not exist, a lot can be done with it you can make, buy, beat, waste, till you do time (in prison) presumably for stealing it. In time, out of time, there is a time for everything and in today's world no time for anything, time is money, like money, it cannot be realized until it is spent!!
Nietzsche was an atheist/philosopher who had uncompromisingly condemned "Pity "as a debilitating weakness in men." On a damp gloomy morning in Turin, a carter was savagely beating his horse. The horse fell to its knees frothing and foaming in its death throes, the austere philosopher, sped across the road and flung his arms about the ...horse's neck, a gesture of sympathy and solidarity with another living creature. It was his last sane and humane act, he would never return to his senses again, he had finally passed beyond good and evil.
( He was later assigned to a lunatic asylum)
